NOTICE TO POTENTIAL MEMBERS
We don't "require" any volunteer time from our members, but we hope that if you join, you join with the intent of being an active member. This means that you intend to volunteer to help with either our annual "Friday Night Cruise" during Pan-O-Prog or the "Summer Spectacular Car Show", OR ideally BOTH! Again, it's not a requirement, but we always can use more help. Thanks.

APPLICATION FORM
You must have Acrobat Reader to open the PDF version of the form (blue link below). If you do not have the Acrobat Reader you can get it free by clicking the logo at bottom of page and following the steps for downloading it.
  • Use the "print" icon on the Acrobat tool bar NOT the one on your browser toolbar.
  • Click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the form

If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader & don't want it, then you can get a form mailed to you by contacting our Membership Director (Fran) by phone 952-223-0332  or e-mail at fdstcs@aol.com

Note that it will take a few seconds to send the form to your printer. Once the printer starts printing you can click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the form.

NOTE: Don't worry about how big the form looks when it loads, it will automatically resize so it fits on a standard 8-1/2 x 11 page, that's the plus of using PDF, & the wonder of computers!

To get your FREE Acrobat/Adobe Reader, click the logo above and it will open the Adobe website in a new window. Then just follow the steps below to get your free download.
  1. When the site opens, go to the box marked "Select an Acrobat product" and click on the arrow and scroll down & select ADOBE READER.
  2. When that window opens, on the left side of the page is a header called "Downloads". Under it Click on "free Adobe Reader"
  3. Click on the "Download" button. 
  4. Then "unclick" the 2 boxes that show up and then Click the "download" button again. 
  5. You may be asked to restart your computer, if so, you will need to do that before the Reader will work, but then you can download the calendars, forms and Cruz News and print them.
