2012 CRAFTER REGISTRATION FORMS ARE UPDATED
10' x 10' SPACES are: $30/space Inside or $25/space Outside until Aug 1st. After Aug 1st it's $40.00/Space Inside (if spaces still available)
Crafter set-up times are: 2:30 - 7:00 Friday & 6:00 - 7:45 Saturday (must be setup
by 8:00) You must supply your own tables, chairs and canopy if outside Booth Fees
are NON-refundable No Commissions charged No trailers or vehicles are allowed in the outside
or inside booths without written consent from the Cruzers. The only exceptions will be those that have extremely heavy
items to sell (metal fire rings etc) that cannot be easily moved to replenish stock. 2 people in free for a 1 space, 3 for those
with 2 spaces & 4 for those with 3 spaces. NO PETS, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, BICYCLES OR ROLLERBLADES ALLOWED. You will be
asked to leave & no refunds given!!
SECURITY:
Neither the Southern Cruzers Car Club or Dakota County Fairgrounds assume responsibility for the security of canopies or booth
contents either inside or outside.
MULTIPLE
REPS/CONSULTANTS POLICY & REGISTERED COMPANIES Our policy is to have only one rep/consultant from any Direct Marketing Business at our show, unless 2 from
the same company agree to both be at the show. The first one in has right of refusal to a second. There have been a couple
cases where 2 Reps did go together and got 2 booths. Lot more product & visibility, plus the booth is always staffed. RETAIL RE-SELLERS: If your product is from a Company that has a "One
Rep/Show" policy, it is your responsibility to be sure no other Rep is listed below before Registering ( Miche Handbags
is an example)
