Subscription Terms of Use
The Client understands that by purchasing a "Subscription" for a website from WBI, the Client is actually
renting the use of the QuickSite Website editing tool software for the purpose of constructing and maintaining their website.
In the event the Client discontinues payment, WBI reserves the right to end the Clients use of the tool, thereby terminating
the Client's website.
Purchase of a Subscription
that includes a Personal Domain Name
The Client understands that by purchasing a "Subscription" for a website package that includes a
Personal Domain Name, that they, the Client, are paying only for the use of the Personal Domain Name for the length of time
that they remain a WBI Client. WBI retains all rights to the Personal Domain Name even in the event the Client ends their
subscription agreement with WBI. In the event the Client does end their association with WBI, and would like to retain the
use of the Personal Domain Name purchased by WBI for their use with the WBI Subscription, the Client must purchase the Domain
Name from WBI. In the event that an agreement regarding the value of the Personal Domain Name cannot be reached between Client
and WBI, the Client understands and agrees that WBI shall retain the rights to said name.
Use of Site
Web Bound, Inc. authorizes you
to view and download the materials at this website ("Site") only for your personal use, provided that you retain all copyright
and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. The materials at this Site
are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Use of Software
If you download software from
this Site ("Software"), or any sponsored Merchant Sites, use of the Software is subject to the license terms in the Software
License Agreement that accompanies or is provided with the Software. You may not download or install the Software until you
