(not an agent or employee) to go over the plans and specs. This greatly reduces the chance of errors once construction
starts, and gets your questions answered promptly. You will do much of color and style selections for the interior and exterior
directly with the Builder's Supplier. This allows you to get professional answers to your questions, and helps to eliminate miscommunications in the selections that you make. With many Builders/Remodelers,
if you want to make changes or even just get some info, you must go through the sales agent, who goes to the job superintendant,
who goes to the Builder. THEN it goes back from the Builder, to the superintendant, to the agent to you.
Lots of room for communication errors, and time delays, and that will create stress!
